M.S.Ed. in Instructional Technology

Ready to become a trailblazer among school library information specialists and technology specialists? Our 33-hour master’s degree (M.S.Ed.) in Instructional Technology will equip you to fling open those doors. Our competent and creative graduates are also leaders in instructional development in business and industrial training settings, and producers of software in a variety of locations. Classes are delivered in a variety of formats; online, face-to-face and blended. Programs are planned as accelerated (see Fast Track details) and go-at-your-own-pace. You also can complete requirements for State of Illinois K-12 Entitlement as either Library Information Specialists or Technology Specialists. Our program meets Illinois State Board of Education standards.

Admission Requirements

If you hold a baccalaureate degree (or higher), submit your application and application fee, letters of recommendation, official test scores (GRE or MAT), statement of purpose and official transcripts from all institutions attended. International students must also submit TOEFL or IELTS scores.
